Equisolar Sales Representative

We are actively seeking a confident, motivated and friendly Equisolar Sales Representative to join our Residential Sales Team.

As a Residential EquiSolar Sales Representative, your immediate focus will fall on developing new business opportunities for solar installations. Ideal candidates for this position will have sales experience, strong mathematical and grammatical skills, possess a competitive attitude, work well in a collaborative environment, and be enthusiastic about the future of solar.


    • Advocate to prospective customers on Equisolar behalf about the benefits of solar in order to book the follow up appointments
    • Network to try to get leads and set appointments
    • Obtain orders or contracts for services
    • Learn and deliver a solar presentation to prospective homeowners
    • Provide nightly reporting of leads and appointments


  • Complete necessary paperwork and email correspondence promptly
  • Attend ongoing training to keep up with market expansion and job duties
  • Attend weekly conference calls and meetings
  • Partner with the Field Supervisors to ensure goals are consistently met
  • Communicate and share best practices with management and team
  • Demonstrate behavior to properly represent Equisolar’s core values


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales Experience (and/or the right personality and attitude!)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Customer Care

Equisolar is a rapidly-growing company with a team-spirited environment. We intend to double our annual revenue in 2016 and this is an excellent opportunity to join our company and share in our success.

This is a full-time position located at our corporate office in Encino, CA. It’s ok if you don’t have a background in renewable energy – we will provide all solar training for the right individuals.


  • Outbound Calling
  • Fielding Inbound Calls
  • Up-sell Equisolar and our solar products
  • Set appointments for Solar Consultants to present solar solution
  • Following up with customers and updating our in-house CRM


  • Telemarketing/Call Center experience
  • Must have basic Windows computer knowledge, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in Spanish
  • Must be able to type at least 60 wpm, dictation experience a plus
  • Exceptional customer service
  • High level of organization
  • Professional manner and appearance
  • Must be positive and enthusiastic
  • Excel in a team environment
